CMR PRODUCTIONS MEDIA POLICY

Requests from media members to cover a CMR Production event must be event-specific and may be submitted for consideration by using our link ( https://www.cmrproductions.com/media )or by sending a typed request on official letterhead of the news outlet that includes an outline of proposed coverage, your name and duties of those assigned to the event, and the signature of the editor/director.

Requests must be received at least two weeks before the start of the event for domestic media; and one month for international media. Please provide your Email, phone number, and address. Media area access does not include free entry into the event.

All first-time applicants must submit published proof of prior news/event coverage. CMR Productions does not accept credential requests from stock photo agencies or from freelance journalists without a verifiable editorial assignment from an accredited news outlet.

If granted media credentials to cover a CMR Productions Event, future consideration for credentials will be based on proof of coverage of previous events coverage

CMR Productions welcomes and appreciates coverage from members of the media. However, application for credentials does not guarantee approval. Members of the media are responsible for confirming their credentials before each event.
